How to make vegetable Pasta Recipe
Pasta is a famous dish, which is especially enjoyed by children. vegetable Pasta is actually made in a different style. This is a kind of Macaroni called vegetable Pasta, beef Pasta, vegetable chicken pasta and Chinese Pasta. This Pasta recipe is a tasty pasta made Pakistani style with onions, ketchup, tomatoes and Pakistani spices with Chinese sauces.
Vegetable Pasta ingredients
- Oil 2tabsp
- Cumin seed 1tsp
- Carrot 1 cup
- Potato 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Tomato 1
- Ginger, Garlic paste 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1tabsp
- Synthetic Vinegar 1tabsp
- Chinese Soy Sauce 1tabsp
- Chinese Chili Sauce 1tabsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
Pasta Macaroni Boiling Ingredients
- Macaroni elbow 1 packet
- Water 1 ltr
- Salt as a test
- Oil 1tsp
- Vinegar 1stp
Pasta Macaroni Boiling Method:
In a saucepan, add water one litre, then put salt as a teste, oil 1tsp and add vinegar 1tsp. Boil it till bubbling shows. Now add the macaroni packet and cook macaroni until they are all dente – meaning they should have a slight bite to them, now sift and set aside.
Vegetable Pasta Method:
In a saucepan, add oil 2 tablespoons, add the cumin seeds till the cumin seeds are light brown.
Now add ginger, garlic paste, then fry it; add tomato, black pepper and salt on it, then fry.
After that put peas, carrot, and potato fry till cooked nicely. now add Chinese sauces, low flame cook, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add the boiled macaroni to the masala mixture, then add the ketchup as your test mix it nicely. Now the vegetable macaroni is ready to eat.
