How to make Fry Potato |
- Potato 1 kg
- Oil ¾ cup
- Water
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped red pepper
- 2 Tomato
- Salt 1 tsp
Easy Method:
Heat the oil in a massive deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Put cumin seeds in oil. Now fry two tomatoes in it with chopped red pepper and salt.
Now put potatoes in it and fry it lightly and sprinkle water on it.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes now dash is ready to serve with chapattis or naan bread.

Note:
- I have used less oil, if you are not diet conscious, adding generous oil makes curry tastier.
