Arbi Masala Ingredients:

⦁ Arbi (Taro Root) one Kg

⦁ Cooking oil half cup

⦁ Water 5 tabs

⦁ 2 Onion (cut)

⦁ Cumin Seed 1 tsp

⦁ Ginger paste 1 tsp

⦁ Garlic paste 1 tsp

⦁ 2 Tomato (cut)

⦁ Red chilli powder 1 tsp

⦁ Turmeric powder 1 tsp

⦁ Salt 1-2 tsp

⦁ Fresh coriander leaves

⦁ Green chillies (2 to 3 piece cut)

⦁ Lemon half tsp


Arbi Masala Easy Method:

Salt the Arbi and put it on the side for 2 minutes, then wash it.


Now put it in the pan and fry it on high heat and take it out on a plate and put it on the side.

Heat a half cup of oil and lightly brown the chopped onion. Add cumin and garlic ginger paste. And fry it.

After frying add red chills powder, salt, and oil; add arbi, and after adding four tablespoons of water, put it on the tail at a light inch.

After cooked, add cut green chillies garnish with fresh green coriander and sprinkle half a teaspoon of lemons.

Now Dash is ready to serve with chapattis or naan bread.


Note:

  • firstly, make positive to smooth the arbi properly and reduce to the form and measurement of your choice.
  • Additionally, frying the arbi in oil will enhance the flavour of the curry.
