This is a Cream Cake recipe. I made this for my daughters and they like it very much. You must try it. This cream cake is very nice to eat.

How to make Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  •  Vegetable Oil/butter 1 cup
  •  4 Eggs 
  •  Baking Powder 1 tbsp
  •  Baking soda 1 pinch
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  •  Sugar – 1 1/2 cup
  •  Full Cream Milk 1 cup

Easy Method:

Grease 8-inch round cake pans and set them aside.

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. In a bowl, separate the egg yolks and beat the whites until they become foamy, then add the yolks, sugar, vegetable oil vanilla and milk, beat well.

Then add dry ingredients mix lightly and mix it well.

Now pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch round pan.
 
set bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes until the cake tester sticks come out clean.

Remove cake from the oven; let cool completely.

Cut each cake in half horizontally to make two equal layers.

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/4 cup

Method of Sugar syrup 

Bring sugar and water to a boil; reduce slightly until syrupy consistency.

Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Heavy whipping cream – 200 ml
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Easy Whipping Method 

Place in a refrigerator whipping cream packet for half an hour until the cream is chilled

pour the cream into the bowl and beat freeze whipping cream for 10 to 15 minutes whisk until the cream starts to thicken.

Add two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla extract 1teaspoon and resume whisking until your whipping cream is at the required thickness.  

Decorating Ingredients:

  • Whipping cream 200 ml 
  • Vanilla Extract
  • chocolate syrup
  • chocolate coins 
  • chocolate sticks  

Easy Decoration Method 

Now the cake is ready for decoration, with sugar syrup on two layers Place one of the cake layers on the bottom. Brush generously with syrup with whipped cream with a chocolate sprinkle.

Place 2nd layer of cake, press down gently. top with a final layer of cake. Apply whipped cream and decorate with chocolate syrup, chocolate coins as shown in the given picture. Now press the chocolate sticks in it.
The simple and easy cake is ready to eat.

Note:  

  • firstly, frost the cake only after its cooled completely, else the frosting will melt.
  • Furthermore, use oil instead of butter if you are preserving the cake and eating it later. as butter hardens once refrigerated whereas oil doesn’t and keeps cake moister.
  • also to bake in oven mode preheat and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. 
  • Additionally, the cake can be done with just 2 layers.
