How to Make Chicken Jalfrezi👄👌👍😋
This is a Pakistani recipe that is spicy. I made this dish, for my daughters and they like it very much. You must try it. This dish is best served with rice, chapattis or naan bread.
Ingredients:
⦁ Cut the chicken boneless into lengths of 250 grams
⦁ Oil one-third cup 2 Onion (cut)
⦁ Red chili powder 1 tsp
⦁ 1 Egg Scramble
⦁ Salt tested
⦁ 2 Tomatoes
⦁ Ginger paste 1 tsp
⦁ black papers
⦁ ketchup 11/2 tbsp
⦁ Green chilies (2 to 3 piece cut)
Easy Method:
Cut the chicken, tomato and green chilies into lengths. Cut the onion into squares. Now put oil in a pan and fry the egg. Add chopped onion in the same oil and fry till soft, and then add chicken with ginger and fry till the chicken rink turns white.
Now take the embroidery off the stove. Add red chili powder, salt and pepper, mix and cook again on medium heat for two minutes.
After 2 minutes add tomatoes, green chilies and egg and after frying for one more minute, add 2/3 cup of water and cook till the tomatoes are well mixed.
When the jalfrezi is ready, add the ketchup and green coriander and serve.
