How to make Chicken Biryani Recipe
A unique and flavoured rice biryani recipe made with younger, older and kids like it very much. Biryani is a dish that everyone eats, wants their will. I have decided to a conclusion that homemade biryanis are much better in taste and health and hence better to make at home. I made this biryani for my daughter's birthday party. Now you can try your best.

Biryani Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg (murgi)
- yoghurt 1 cup (Dahi) whisked
- Onion 3 peace (Piyaz)
- Tomatoes 5 (big size) (Tamatar)
- Green chilies 4 to 5 pieces (Hari Mirch)
- Ginger paste 1 tabs (Adrak)
- Garlic paste 1 tabs (Lehsan)
- Cooking Oil 1 1/2 cup
- Water as required
- tamarind/dried Plum (imli/Aloo Bukhara) 3 tabs
- Salt 1 tabs (or as a test)
- Turmeric (Haldi Powder) 1 tsp
- Black cardamom (Badi Elaichi) 1 piece
- Star anise (Badyan Phool) 2 Piece
- Cinnamon Stick (Dar chine) 1 piece
- Cloves (Laung) 2-3
- Mace powder (Javitri Powder) 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg powder (Jaifil Powder) 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 1tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilies Powder (Lal Mirch) 1tabs
- Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
- Potato (Aalo) peeled 250g
- Lemon Slice
- Fresh coriander (Hara Dhania)
- Boil Rice Ingredients
- Basmati Rice 1 kg (Chawal)
- Water as required Boiling (Pani)
- Salt 2tbs (Namak)
- Vinegar 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp
- Orange colour (3 pinches) (Zarday ka Rang)
Boil Rice Ingredients
- Basmati Rice 1 kg (Chawal)
- Water as required Boiling (Pani)
- Salt 2tbs (Namak)
- Vinegar 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp
- Orange colour (3 pinches) (Zarday ka Rang)

How to Boil Rice
In a saucepan, add basmati rice, water, wash wholly and soak for 30 minutes, then put off the soaked rice and set aside.
In a saucepan, add water and convey to a boil.
Add salt, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, cooking oil, vinegar and combine well.
Add the soaked rice, combine nicely and boil till 3/4th, then sift and set aside.
How to make Biryani Masala
In a saucepan, fry onions till mild brown. now add fowl/beef, ginger garlic paste, fry till oil comes out in the pot.
Now add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks (dar chini), cloves, black peppers, salt (namak), turmeric (Haldi), coriander powder, black cardamom (bari elachi), megastar anise (badiyan Phool), mace powder (Javitri), nutmeg (jaifal) powder, red chilies (lal mirch) powder, garam masala and add water and prepare for medium heat till the chicken is cooked up to prepare now fry till the water is reduced.
Now add the potatoes and tomatoes, then potatoes properly until the potatoes are cooked (5-6 minutes).
Add the yoghurt, tamarind / Alo Bukhara coriander fresh, mint leaves, and fry till the oil is in the pot and set aside.
now Grease the pot; add chicken and rice layer, sprinkle with fried onions, coriander and tomato slice orange color on top.
Delicious biryani ready put it in a bowl and serve to guests.
